My experience was incredibly positive and defined what customer service should be. She was very knowledgeable about the details of the various plans and could explain the technicalities so they could be understood. Her responses were quick and I did not need to wait forever to get answers to my questions. She was available when she said she would be. Cecelia made great suggestions and helped me decide what plan to choose. Her advice was not influenced by where or how she would make the most money but by what was best for me. I would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone.
